Why is it always such an impossible task to get through to CC on their customer service line, 0878 20 40 60. I've now been trying for two days to try and speak to someone, but each time I am put through the line cuts as soon as you reach the relevant area. When I asked the switchboard operator why this is, I was told that "maybe they are not at their desks" REALLY guys? This is how we run a client care area? I need to have my payday loan's debit order moved out with a month to 25 April. If I am not able to do this telephonically, please can you urgently advise as to the appropriate channels to follow.
