I took a payday advance from cash converters not realising that once you sign up for this you are now stuck for the rest of your life cause they take the repayment back from you plus interest all in one shot the next month leaving you once again with no money and in a situation where you have to now do another payday advance and so the cycle continues. My story is that I couldn't afford the repayment as my financial situation changed drastically-I was contacted by them and I agreed to pay cash at the branch which didn't quite work out as planned as I was fighting off my vehicle repossession. In the meantime cash converters decides to debit m accunt regardless of amount undisclosed to me to and at an interest rate only they know about whether I can afford the amount or not. When queried they politely inform that they are too small a company to refund me back but they cn help me going forward by me pawning my tv with them or something and get charged more interest on the item??? isn't illegal for people to just be debiting your account for any amount just cause they have access to your account number???
