Bongani who works in the cash advance department says he does not want to help a valued customer because he does not feel like.i have had no dealings or problems with anybody there prior to mothers day.when i asked to speak to the manager i was told that thulani is the manager and he says there is nothing he can do if that man wont help me.if that is the managers way of resolving issues then i need to speak to somebody higher in charge.these people act as though they own the cash converters and are very disrespectful.how does cash converters employ people that no nothing about customer service.there are people out there who deserve these jobs and do it to the best of their ability.i will take this as far as possible because i spend alot of my money at your store and dont deserve this treatment
