I'm experiencing the problem since the beginning of Feb almost the end of March and know attempt from the Supplier to attend to my complaint.
I spoke to 10 different consultants in the call centre and even had a manager Aldien (pretending to be a manager) phoned me confirming the issue has been resolved and when I received my new statement on the 18/03/2013 the same problem still persisted.
After holding on for 20 minutes to speak to a manager namely Max I eventually had to drop the call because no person can be holding for so long
I desperately plead for my enquiry to be resolved.
If I'm not holding on for the manager. The phone call get drop by the call centre agent.
