Cash converters has a very helpful loan option called "payday loans" wich I use in the event that I urgeantly need cash. This service is advertised with the headline "need instant cash" and is described in the ad as "instant cash loan against your salary". I took a loan from them because I urgeantly needed cash, but at the atm the balance of my balnce of my cashies card was R0, 00.
I phoned the branch where I took the loan and was told by Louis that it might just take a while for the transfer to go thru. After 3 hours of waiting I decided to phone customer care to enquire if there is a problem with the "cashies card" service, but there is no support line for this so I phoned fnb and all they told me is that no money was paid into that account and I have to phone the branch that gave me the loan. I then phoned cash converters again and was told by the manager that there is a problem with the "fnb cashies card" service and that they are working on it. They consultant did not advise me of this before I took the loan and this put me in a situation where I had to loan money elsewhere endebting myself further. This service was not delivered as advertised and support was non existant!!
