I bought couches on december in furniture city and i was not informed that no stock for this request instead people there were passing the buck running around with no one telling me the truth or advising me options. Then I log a query in January on hello peter, thanks to this site I was assisted someone call me & advise me the options that i can take. I sad i will wait then maybe see at the end of January. Still in feb the getleman that was assisting me from head office kept on calling to tel me still no goods not sure when are they going to receive stock. On the 07 of feb i decided to cancel this request, from then till today they are always telling me stories in short their finance side african bank is calling me saying i am still owing them, i am in arrears & i will be responsible for interst due to the store. i have been calling them everyday now my credit record is bad because of them. Please ppl spread it to the whole world not to buy in furniture city all over otherwise you will receive the worst service in the country. I dont sleep now as i was planning to buy a house now if my credit record is ruin by this, what to do. Still my account is not closed i have lost hope in fu
