Bad Customer Service at Acounts Deparment

I have emailed Edgars at the beginning at the month enquiring about their EFT Banking Details on their website. 2 weeks have passed before I had to ask them again for their banking details. They did respond to me back at 12 March 2013, where I did an EFT on that day. On the 16 March I received a sms from Edgars that I havent Payed my acount for March 2013.

On the 17 March, I enquired on their website about the isue warning them that I will Post it on Hello Peter if they dont respond back to me by today. Edgars is very quick to blackmail the client if they dont pay their acount, I am propelry already bean blackmailed by the lack of service from Edgars.
