NO STATEMENTS or magazine since last year march

I got a phone call today from edgars accounts department and i was orderd to pay an amout close to R460 by tomorrow and again close to a R1000. Now the thing is how must i keep track of my account if i dont even get statements via post or email. I pay a club fee for this thats suppose to come with a magazine wich i dont even get. I have been paying my account loyal every month and havent used it for the past few months but still pay it. Everytime you go in to a edgards or cna store and want to check your balance and amount due they just tell you it is R0 and you just pay the estimated amount you last remembered paying wich i have done every month. So how can i be demanded to certain amounts given if i dont even receive statements. the last statement i received was in march 2012 since then never again. This is poor service from edgars. I will not pay the given amounts by the given dates until this is sorted out. We pay club fee's for magazines and statements wich we dont even get. Come on Edgars you cant demand payments if you dont send uot staements or anything. Please fix this or i will settle my account and close my account and spread the word and advise others to do the same.
