Monday 22? pril 2013, i went onto the edgars website to complain about defective products. Went through a whole long story about the Edgars pro action range and explained th e situation. Received a ref nr, but i am still waiting for someone from Edgars to contact me to discuss my optios... needless to say, today is Saturday 27 April 2013 and i am still waiting.
This is why i try to avoid shopping at edgars as there is simply no customers service. And like my heading say, why have customers services and a complaints line when you do not respond... really pathetic company...
