Since 2012 I have been paying my Jet account installments using EFT and I never experienced a problem till 28 May 2013 when I made a payment of R350 but got the statement in June that said I have skipped my May payment. Because I know that I never skip, I referred back to my internet banking and it showed that the money was successfully payed. I called the customer service in June, was helped by Cynthia, I faxed her proof of payment she promised to do my payment manually. I just received my July statement now and the money still doesn't reflect, called your costumer service on the 22 July 2013, I was promised to be called back with a resolution but non of that has happened. I don't understand how can May 2013 R350 disappear. While the payments I made before and after that R350, using the same method of payment does appears!
