I have Nivea Shower Gel that I want to exchange for something else. I received this Item as a gift and therefor I don't have a proof of purchase but the person that bought it for me said to me she bought it from Clicks. So I went to 2 clicks shops and they do have the item on there system, it was chqued at the Eastgate shop but because I don't have the proof of purchase they don't want to exchange it. The other shop in Brackenhurst also have it on there system but they don't stock it I don't know how they don't know if they don't stock it as they didn't even had a look an there selves
I can't believe that this company has so much issues with an exchange and that the staff is so unfriendly
