I was in areas with Jet stores because i lost my job and couldn't pay well, and they listed me on ITC. I paid up on the 16/07/2013, and they sent me a paid up letter on the 23/07/2013 and confirmed that my name has been removed off the Credit Bureaux. and according to Jet, my name were supposed to be updated on ITC within 7 working days. i called ITC today to check my profile status, ITC told me that i still owe Jet R3687, Jet hasn't told them to update my profile.
I then called Jet to inquire, the 1st consultant said my profile is still with their admin, i confirmed to her that i received the paid up letter from their admin, she just left me holding for more than 12 minutes, i hanged up and called, the 2nd consultant, said my profile will be updated withing 30 working days. The 3rd consultant said my profile update was never sent to ITC to be updated, it was only sent today, just after i called. Now i dont know what and who to believe.
