Just called the edcon call centre and I was advised that my query has been resolved, however I still have a problem of the listing on ITC and no one from edcon has contacted me to explain the outcome of their investigation. REF:1109130091/GO. The call centre agent told me that it will take 24 months for my name to be removed, however this was not a default as it was not listed as such. CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILE AS THIS IS AFFECTING ME.
