Last Thursday I bought a belt from Urban in Brooklyn Mall for my boyfriend, I was unsure of the belt and the staff advised me that I would be able to return if my boyfriend didn't like the belt! I returned today to the same store- to exchange this belt and only to be told that they are a " no cash refund store". If I had known this I would not have bought the belt last Thursday! I would have waited until my boyfriend could come with me! I was advised to change it for something else... However I was never advised about their no cash refund policy when I bought the item!!!.. In today's day with all the consumer protection acts- I believe this is unacceptable! If one has the slip and the packaging of the product and the product is in perfect unused condition how can you deny a consumer the right to get their money back!!!
