Earlier this year I purchased a leather belt from Romens Cape Gate. Not long after that I discovered that the front of the belt started falling apart. It was not leather but rather an artificial leather belt with a genuine leather mark on it. I returned the belt to Mario who said he would address the matter. I received no feedback. Last Saturday I inquired with Christopher who said he would follow up. I was later referred to Mr Els who offered me another belt. Quite honestly I don't need another belt as I replaced the fake belt at the time as I do not wear plastic belts. I am still to hear from Mr Els. Let's see if Romens follows through.
