I retuned a less than one year old Stuttafords men's 'leather' belt, that snapped as I got out of my plain seat.
I had bought it in 2012 as part of a dress suit and thus it was hardly used. This was evident from the condition and evident that I bought it at Stuttafords as it had its name boldly printed in the inside of the belt.

I insisted on seeing the manageress. She too insisted I go back and try and bring some evidence - invoice or credit card slip that I bought this Stuttafords belt there.
Where else was I to purchase it. One does not expect a belt to break or keep the slip or should one if its a Stuttafords product?
Neither I, nor my wife, who actually has had Stuttaford accounts for the past 22 years, will ever buy anything at Stuttafords again. Where are the days of the great Garlicks and Stuttafords service etiquette?
