I bought an AbSolution slimming belt on Saturday 4 May, trying the product out that evening I discovered it's not working as advertised on the television. Instead of really working your abdominal muscles it only provides a light tingling sensation (can't even see the skin move underneath) - tried out all the settings from massaging to the athletic workout option.
Also only then I discovered the safety regulation section, stating that people with a heart condition are not supposed to use the device - this is nowhere to be seen on the tv or the cover of the box.
I went back on Monday 6 May to return the product for a refund but according to the staff this is not a Glomail policy and I can only choose another product in the store - I'm not interested in any other product and only want my money back please. Problem is not only is the product faulty but I also have a heart condition and therefore I'm unable to use it! Sure there should be at least a 7day returning/refund policy.
