I went to Game Centurion as they were having a special on Nido goring up milk for kids, to my surprise when I got to the isle they had some strange grey thing on the milk, I paid for the milk &when I got to the door/security which is where they said the grey thing would be removed, the security lady could not take the thing off, she struggled and struggled while I waited, I informed her that i had to get to work so I had to no time to be waiting for something that was supposed to take me less then 10min to buy. She said that she would call someone to assist, we waited and waited. I eventually got fed up and requested for the milk to be refunded and told them that i would go and but it from Dis-chem as it was the same amount and at least there I don't have to wait unnecessarily. She referred me to any till, when I got to the till they lady said that I had to go back to the till where I paid, when I got there, I had to wait in line AGAIN and once I got to her, she referred me to the customer service desk. What kind of pathetic service is this? Do they not have other measures of keeping their stock in check without inconveniencing us. They said the refund will take 48hours, I'm still waiting!!
