I went to Foschini Parow on the 02-03-2013. to have my account closed and I have asked the retail assitant to advise which lines will be shorter in the q and she advised the ones @ the bottom. Been in the store for about 30 mins and then finally when I came to the till point the cashier advised that I have to call the callcentre in order to close my account.! have I been waiting so long in the store and all she could have done was assist me and pick up the phone but instead they passed the buck and that is extremely bad service coming from your company and I have not received any assistance regarding this whatsoever, I then had to go back home to f##### Bellville buy a recharge voucher and called from home to assist whereas, your lazy staff that you employed could have assisted. This is F###### bad service coming from your retail stores. Train people to do their their jobs properly in your stores and be more freindlier and be more customer service orientated.
