Firstly, i would like to say that Foschini has always been my favourite retail store, but after a horrible service that i recieved yesterday I am starting to change my mind. I bought a pair of Shoes on 6/10/2013 and i wore it just once and unfortunately the belt for 1 shoe was torn. I took the pair back and when i got to the shop, i was assisted by this one cashier named Neo1, firstly she does not greet, secondly she acted as if i was bothering her. Please understand, i do not expect the cashier to be my friend and laugh her lungs out or smile for me to see her jaw, But i also appreciate the service that she expects to get when she goes to a retail store. Lastly i would suggest that the Management at Westgate Foschini take all the cashiers to customer care courses because i won't feel free buying at this store, I would rather go to Foschini at Cresta mall, the staff there is friendly and veeeery helpful. It's the first time i recieved such an appalling service since i opened my account in 2006/07. Thank you.
