I lost my ID book and Foschini card. Went to my nerest store to get a new card and they told me they do not take drivers licenses as proof of identification. I go to home affairs get a temp ID (we all know home affairs and their waiting period dor an ID). Go back to the store and then get told they do not accept temporary IDs and that it is the stores perogative. This is the biggest load of ive heard because all stores say the procedure is from.

Im tired of the run around. I want a new card on the account i pay for every month.

I would expect Foschini to think of all factors before passing tedious procedures.

And they should train their call centre staff better. A rude agent will cause an even bigger upset than the stupid procedure!!!
