BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE W ENT IN TO NUMEROUS FOSCHINI STORES AND THE OTHER STORES AFFILIATED WITH FOSCHINI TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. ON 3 OCCASIONS AFTER SPENDING LIKE AN HOUR WITH THE SALES LADIES AND ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER CARE, I WAS ASSURED THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND ALL CELL PHONE INSURANCES AND CLUB FEES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. TO MY SURPRISE I RECIEVED A SMS TO SAY IF I DONT MAKE PAYMENT OF R20 I WILL BE HANDED OVER FOR ARREARS ON MY ACCOUNT. AFTER THIS I WENT INTO THE BRANCH TO QUERY, BUT DIDNT GET THE PROPER ASSISTANCE, I WAS TOLD TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE. BUT TO NO AVAIL. DURING THIS TIME I RECIEVED A CALL FROM FOSCHINI ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT TO SAY MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS OF R250, THE GUY ON THE PHONE COULD NOT ASSIST IN EXPLAINING, HE SAID TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE. I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TODAY, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE 3 CELL PHONE INSURANCES STILL ACTIVE ON MY ACCOUNT, WHICH I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND SINCE IVE BEEN TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAID THAT SHE WOULD CANCEL THE INSURANCE BUT IM AM STILL LIABLE TO PAY THAT AMOUNT OF R250. THIS HAS CAUSED A BIG ISSUE FOR ME CONCERNING MY CREDIT RATING AND MY NAME. I HV HANDLED MY ACC WELL, UNFAIR!
