After not being able to find anyone on the sales floor in a very messy (nappies, and merchandise all over the floor) Babies R Us department, I tried to ask the service operator if there was anyone else working in the department. Only after I asked her 3 times and then questioned her about ignoring me, did she respond "I'm looking for someone", I then asked her where the manager was after which she waved her hand and said " in the office somewhere"... This was enough to spoil my entire Saturday morning! my discovery discount for Naples, We spend at least R3000 a month at Reggie's, I don't need to be treated like You doing me a favor by being there. Constantly out of stock and your staff are just plain rude. I will no longer shop there, I will rather pay extra somewhere else and at least feel welcome! How do you employ people with such a bad attitude! I will recommend that all my other friends take there business elsewhere
