Services at Foschini south gate its pathetic. I have not experienced such, whenever I go to that store to purchase or to pay my account I have to wait for a maximum of 40 min before I can be assisted. To my surprise the is only two cashiers at the till point because every time I go to the store I only see the two cashiers. When I asked one of the employees at the store? why is the only two cashiers at till point at all times? I was advised that the company does not have money to employ more people. What I want to establish is that why is internal issues affecting us as clients.
