Since my last complaint about the double bed from Furniture City, a caller tells me the bed I purchased was only an occasional bed. "A bed for the spare room that is not used all the time, " he said. Why, was I not told this, I asked, the answer: - "Why did I not ask" In spite of the fact that the bed has a 20 YEAR WARRANTY and also a NO TURN label. How do you select a "GOOD" bed? Are these labels not enough or are they false? Another caller told me they are collecting the bed and I will receive a full refund. This has not happened. Having other issues to deal with, time has not allowed me to pursue the defective design/manufacture of the bed. I have had no further contact from F.C. On asking if the bed/mattress had a SABS or similar approval, the caller was not able to answer.
