I recently purchased a bed and I found that it was not comfortable. I complained to the store and representative from Sealy who manufactured the bed came out to check and found it to be defective. I then received an SMS informing me that the mattress is defective and I may choose another mattress from Dial a Bed. I am not happy as I would like a refundd in order to purchase a Cloud 9 bed which Dial a Bed do not stock. Weeks have now passed and I still have no answer from Dial a Bed on my refund.
