I went in to design my Engagement Ring, whilst we were designing the ring I had to give all detail, what i wanted, the size, ect. I was told the process would be that they would send me a design, once accepted it would take 2 weeks to manufacture. They would then contact me to view the Diamonds and select which one's I would like. After a week I phoned Von asking where the design is, weather or not he is running into trouble. He stated that he had personnel issues and apologized for it taking long. I got and accepted the design, Two weeks later I was told what diamonds would be put in, I stated that surely I must have a look first but wavered it off as I'm not a professional. Upon collecting the Ring I noticed that the ring was not in a box, that the ring was the wrong size and seemed dull in color (not polished), They did not size the ring as I requested, I stated my views on the staff there. I e-mailed Von and stated my misfortune as he didn't have the manners to be present for my first viewing of the ring. I have yet to hear from him and find that the service is horrible for someone spending 30K on a ring! I must now ask the parents permission without a ring. very UNPROFESSIONAL
