So I ordered a kids duvet set for my daughter, duvet and some curtains. They sent me 2 duvets, no curtains.
My daughter was so so disappointed. She cried because she was looking forward to a new pink cup cake bedroom!!!
I called and queried my order, I was told to return it and that th set was out of stock. But a week ago I passed by their shop in Wynberg and the girls duvet set is still on display.
However, I did return the order via Post Office. This happened in January 2013.Up until now, I haven't received any feedback.
Instead, they call me more than 3 times a day trying to make me buy things that are surely out of stock.
Can you please sort out my billing and stop calling me all the time.
