TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to the Legit store East Rand mall on the 29 September a month end to spend as much as money because I love their clothing. There were 3 staff on duty the store was extremely full and we stood in a queue for over an hour trying to pay for merchandise with 1 of the worst incompetent staff member ever, typing 1 letter a minute with 1 finger. The supervisor was walking up and down and saw the queue but did nothing neither did the other staff member. I called her to ask her on a month end how can there be 1 teller assisting we have been waiting forever. She replied there is 1 pc working they were offline working with the same server that Edgars work on. My husband was at the Edgars paying for merchandise he purchased there no one was aware of offline systems. The biggest BS I have ever heard. Her name was Marcelle who rudely then replied that the other teller at the cell phone counter can assist, clearly her system was working. My point had I not made a scene I would still be standing there. sad the worst pathetic customer service ever. I am in the customer service industry and our customers are our first priority. The attitude was very unhelpful. They should have not opened.
