Policy keeps on changing and rude staff

I'm furious. I have been given duplicate perfumes as gifts recently. I already swopped one perfume without ANY receipts and ANY hassle at the Randrige Red Square. I knew it was possible to swop one of them, as the one is still perfectly sealed with the Edgars price on it. I visited Fourways and was told I could only do a perfume swop if I have no receipt. I visited Nicolway who said I could swop it for make up. I visited Red Square Fourways who said it was fine but I can only swop it for another perfume. So I went back Edgars Fourways as they have the perfume in stock. Not only was the staff rude but again the policy has changed. NOW I have to have a gift receipt. I have never in my life been given an Edgars gift receipt or have given one myself. Sanah wanted to phone her manager and I didn't have the time to wait as I'm on my lunch hour. The one sales lady said they don't know which Edgars store the perfume is from, and it could be leaking but it's perfectly sealed, has the original price on it and NOTHING is wrong with it. I think it's disgusting that all of these stores have different policies and Fourways especially don't know how to deal with customers and are very rude.
