EXTREEMLY BAD SERVICE FROM DIAL A BED

I placed an order on-line on 14 Feb 2013, and paid for it. They did tell that there will be a 10-15 day wait as they were waiting for stock. On 12 March 2013 i had to threaten then with as I had not heard a thing from them. On 13 March they send the delivery, but dont even give the driver my physical address. This is completely un professional. As at 2:52pm, they have still not delivered after i have given the driver the address twice over the phone! 2:55pm they have called me again for directions!!
