Another Sealy replacement unit faulty

I logged another complain about my squeaky Sealy bed. Sealy came on site, did an assessment and replaced the base. A couple of weeks later the new base was squeaky again. Sealy came on site, did an assessment confirmed that they will be replacing both the base and the mattress because the entire unit was faulty. Unfortunately they could not take the base as it had stains and I was informed to make a payment of R645, 24 of which I did on the 31st of January 2013. I did contact the shop where I bought the bed to inform them of the transaction and also informed them that I was relocating hence they had to complete the whole thing by the 28th of February. Furniture City Durban Umngeni logged a case with Sealy on the 28th of February to deliver the unit BUT the mattress that I was told to pay for was not delivered. I informed the delivery team to take the whole thing back and deliver the complete unit at my new address. I was called today and was informed that I have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery and this is highly unacceptable. I will not be waiting another 3 weeks again. I need the delivery to be made by Thursday and do not care what it takes.
