CLOUD NINE MATTRASS FALLING APART - 20jr GUARANTEE

I purchased a brand new Queen size CLOUD NINE mattress and base set in 2007 from Drommedaris in Jeffreys Bay. Now, after almost 6 yrs, the mattrass in completely falling apart, the stitching has come loose and one can see the "insides" of the mattress. On the mattress itself, there is a label stating that the mattress has a 20yr guarantee.

I phoned Drommedaris and was put through to a Pieter. He abruptly told me "no invoice, no help" (in short) I did not keep the original invoice and quite frankly, after 6 years - WHO DOES??? I asked him to please go through their records, I gave him an approx. date but NO! He just said "sorry, I can not help you without your original invoice and by the way, we (Drommedaris) were not on a computer system in 2007, we worked with written invoices.! "

So now my question is: Is it MY fault that Drommedaris was not on a computer system in 2007??? Pieter did not even OFFER to help me. His don't-care-attitude left a bitter taste in my mouth and I am livid that I am now stuck with a mattress which is literally falling apart - a mattress & base set which I paid lots of money for!! I want to know what Drommedaris will be doing about this!!!
