We often complain a lot when things do 'nt go right.. but not when being helped by Mr George Mashigo at FNB. I went to the FNB Sandton City to finalize PayPal account for my business account. There I met George, though he had no previous experience with PayPal applications... with a smile on his face, very friendly and helpful and i was done in about a minute. He connected me to PayPal people and all was completed professionally.
Remember people will rather pay more for something and get great service than pay less and getting poor service. Now why arent there more George Mashigo's around..Keep it up George Mashigo
