Account still not credited, faulty ATM

I refer to this report I filed on Hellopeter on the 1st of January:

"On the morning of 24 December 2013, I went to the town of George to go and do some last minute Christmas shopping. At Edgars George I paid with my Standard Bank debit card for some goods to the amount of R 420.75 - I then proceeded to Clicks in George, where I tried to pay again, but the transaction was declined. Knowing that I had the funds required in my account, I asked the cashier to keep the goods, and said I will go and withdraw some cast at an ATM. I then walked to an ATM at a Standard Bank Loan Centre, and tried to withdraw R 1000 cash, but did not receive it. The R 1000 was debited from my account, but I did not get the cash. "

I have since received an e-mail from Standard Bank that the matter is being investigated. The bottom line is, when I reported the incident in Standard Bank George on the 24th of December, they said it will be sorted out in 12 days - and NOTHING has happened! PLEASE Standard Bank, this is now getting ridiculous!!!
