Account still not credited, faulty ATM

On the morning of 24 December 2013, I went to the town of George to go and do some last minute Christmas shopping. At Edgars George I paid with my Standard Bank debit card for some goods to the amount of R 420.75 - I then proceeded to Clicks in George, where I tried to pay again, but the transaction was declined. Knowing that I had the funds required in my account, I asked the cashier to keep the goods, and said I will go and withdraw some cast at an ATM. I then walked to an ATM at a Standard Bank Loan Centre, and tried to withdraw R 1000 cash, but did not receive it. The R 1000 was debited from my account, but I did not get the cash. A R 5.50- cash withdrawal fee was also debited to my account! I then went to Standards Bank George where I reported the matter. It is now a week later, and the amount of R 1000 was still not credited to my account? Please look into this issue as a matter of extreme urgency!
