Lack of customer Service, time wasting, incompetece

My wife and I went to Centurion Mall Furniture city and we saw a dining table she really liked. We decided to purchase the chairs cash and the table on account. Due to the fact that she didnt have the documents on her, she was requested to forward them and return on Tuesday for contract signature. She drove all the way to Centurion from her office in johannesburg just to find out that system was down and contract wasnt even printed just after she phoned to advised them she on the way. The lady she was to meet was also not expecting her as they had agreed at what time she must come. You are upsetting my wife. Lucky i don't cancel the cash purchase already made. We are giving you one last chance and going to try with the Northgate branch as we live in the area. Get your act right furniture city.
