PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS HORRIFIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT CASH CRUSADERS AT NORTHGATE MALL, RANDBURG!!! We recently visited Cash Crusaders (at Northgate, Randburg) and decided to purchase a lounge suite. One of the sales person by the name of OWEN gave us the suitable price for the purchase. We agreed to come back after an hour to pay the deposit for the lounge suite. He gave his contact card and put a sticker " SORRY I AM SOLD" on the furniture. We came back to pay and collect the furniture. After notifying him of our decision to purchase the furniture he seemed unsure and called his manager by the name of GAVIN. All of a sudden, the manager unprofessionally approached us RUDELY with horrible attitude and INFORMAL English telling us that the furniture had ALREADY BEEN SOLD! His fellow staff member went missing!!! No explanation was given by this staff member as to why he misled us while we were trying to establish the confusing situation. NO APOLOGY WAS MADE WHATSOEVER! CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS! SHOULD YOU WISH TO VISIT THIS STORE, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE ENTERING THIS STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SAFETY!!!
