Not impressive for a NEW customer

I am at my wits end for attempting to use my Woolworths card. Since the inception of my agreement account agreement with Woolworths I have yet to receive a card. I was called to say my account was in arrears yet I had never ever received a statement. After my temporary card expired I have been left unable to purchase. I made a payment on this account using my ID document yet I am unable to purchase on this account via the same method. So is it a one way agreement.
I was asked to purchase a gift voucher for a young man who is studying towards becoming priest so he can use it at the Woolworth across the road from the Seminary and now I can't even get this poor man a gift voucher. I need to make a purchase on 05 July 2013 or else I am prepared to settle my account and end my shopping relationship with Woolworths. I have had no personal responses to any correspondence.
