Hi,
It has been 2 or 3 weekends in a row where myself and fiance came to the store to do a gift regstry, to which we have been sent to other Boardmans because there systems are done!!! What pathetic service then you should close that worthless store. We eventually done it at Sandton with no problems. On sat we went back to the useless glen to see if we can make changes or if its available for people to purchase only to find out there systems are still done then the scounderals tells me the systems are still down can we go somewhere else, the blind is leading the blind!
I need a manager or higher to contact me asap or should I cancel the lists of items we have that people will be purchasing and go somewhere else???
