It has been almost 2weeks if not more pick n pay systems at newtown being offline. Your staff have to manually keep record of what each customer is purchasing and that is time consuming and hard labour for your staff. I am tired of constantly having to withdraw money inorder for mr to buy anything at pick n pay as your systems are offline. How can they be offline for almost 2weeks for a beig retail store like pick n pay. surely you guys know nothing about reputational risk and your business continuity plan is pathetic.looks like woolworths at kerk street will be getting more customer as they know what simplicity is.
