On saturday my wife and i went into Boardmans Menlyn to get quotes for our insurance, i spoke to a person (NO Name Tag) and he stated that they do not do quotes on Sundays only on weekdays. I was not satisfied with the answer so i found the manager and explained what transpired that we cannot come on weekdays as we work and there is no time and asked if they can assist, He then asked the staff member that i initially spoke to and he stated that they will not do it. They were rather rude and did not even want to help us, its like Boardmans dont need us we are nobody to them. I then stated that we will call the head office to complain and the audasity of the staff member was Yes please go ahead, im am disugusted at the service provided to Boardmans Menlyn and i suggest people should boycott that store. It seems like the manager there is not capable of leading as he he cannot make a decision and lets his staff tell him what to do. i will never shop at Boardmans, they have shown me that service delivery does not exist. The staff members needs to be disciplined accordingly.
