I am normally a patient person, but the service I have received from this store is just beyond belief. I bought and paid for in full a tv stand on the 28th Feb at Northgate branch with the help of a lady called Sunshine. On the 4th March the store delivered a damage tv stand and they returned the furniture back to the warehouse. Today is the 12th March and these still have not delivered or called to tell me what is happening with my tv stand.
