November: tried to open registry @ Melrose arch branch - turned away.
Reluctantly went to design quarter - systems were offline.
Waited until back on and spent 3.5 HOURS scanning items.
Systems offline again - not able to load items!
Waited until able to load items.
Realised later on that not even 50% of items loaded!!!
Able to track registries at both woolworths and @home - both almost completely fulfilled. Every time I logged onto boardmans - ZERO PURCHASES?
This is no co incidence when the other two stores were almost totally fulfilled!
Found out from guests that systems were either offline in the stores OR they had purchased online items WHICH I NEVER received, been dealing with ILSE ELS as of this morning but no resolution! THIS IS APPALLING!!!
