Systems offline and attitude

I been to the Cresta branch and the staff as always shuffling around doing nothing... Store manager made us wait to add stuff on our gift registry to which she was clueless as ever!!! after 15 minutes later I leave my details for them to call us when they up and running which Portia did and upon my arrival they say the scanner is still not working!!! Ridiculous..
Thats quite pathetic because, so many people went to check at the store and they were useless as always!!!
When will the systems and process ever work???
