We smelt something rotten in the kitchen, and eventually worked out that it was the boxes of whiskas cat pouches. It smelled of death. I called the call centre on the box. Inge was quick to ask me for all the information.
I had to go dig the empty packages out the garbage and spent 20 minutes trying to read the lot numbers over the phone. I was promised immediate attention and was told the products would be collected on day of complaint 12 March 2012. Yesterday I called to find out why the boxes were still not replaced. I told them my cats were hungry and I needed them replaced. Inge promised to call me back. She never did. Today I called again and they said they pulled the samples of the products of the information they got from me. and were still waiting for head office to decide what to do.
I feel so cheated because I did their job for them by calling and informing them of the problem. But now when I need assistence, they care not. Inge said she would call me later. I dont want calls I want the product replaced.
What could be in that product that smells that bad? The pouch is not leaking or damaged in any way. The smell comes right through the foil pouch!
