So, this is the second time im having an issue with Daddy's Deals first time i didnt get the gift i bought for xmas before the time i got it after xmas.
Now i have bought those smoothies for 10 of my friends and not sure if payment went through, it just says EFT pending on my profile.
so i sent them mails and no one has gotten back to em obviously, i called them thrice and these where the responses i got back:
1) They cant check on their systems because its offline, she said she would call me back once their systems came back online (first day i called them)
2) the cant check because their systems are being changed and she may only check once its done after 10 am, got no call back (2nd day i called)
3) i called later on that day at about 2pm and asked them what the story was, i asked her if their systems had been off for two days she answers yes, and they will give me a call back once their systems are back online.
I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL BACK!!!
All i want them to do is cancel the orders i have bought and they cant even do that.
if someone can get back to me it would be a miracle!!!
