I requested my settlement letter, which in itself took ages to get, and paid the amount immediately. I confirmed that the amount was paid was received. And my account was closed. a few days ago, a letter arrived stating that I still owe money on the account. I contacted the call centre and talked to Jason. Call reference 131203000830. He confirmed that I paid the settlement letter in full, and would hand over for investigation. I have not heard anything more. Please can someone get back to me as soon as possible.
