After being told by the manager and the salesman checking on the system, that the cell phone that I purchased would be arriving on the 8th, I am still without my Cellphone, The manager has explained that headoffice is the problem as they advertised the product on the Hay Day Promotion without checking availabililty. PLEASE HELP
