I would like to express my disappointment in the service received at the Game Cresta store yesterday the 16 December 2013 at around 14:00pm.
I was shopping around looking at purchasing a PVR decoder from their store and spoke to the salesman around the price of the item.
i explained to him that his price on a PVR is quiet high and that it is advertised much cheaper at another store, he explained to me that if i can present that advert to him showing the cheaper price that he would better the price and provide a further 10% discount on the product.
My wife managed to locate this advert and showed it to the Salesman, who referred it to the manager. After looking at the advert the manager told me that it is not the same product and he offers that product as a "combo" only which he has no stock on.
I was truly shocked at the lack of interest in my request, as well as the blas'e approach to me as customer, as i have not received a proper reason or explanation why i could n receive the product at a discounted rate or the fact that the manager did not exercise the consumer act and try to source an alternative product for me.
